Logo Design/Branding: Steinhaus Aberdeen
Steinhaus is a modern world beers bar located in the city centre of Aberdeen. Having tried out some different, more traditional 'German Beer Hall' style designs, I felt this wasn't quite fitting the image of Steinhaus, so opted to go for a more modern, minimal, structured logo concept to match the interior and overall vibe of Steinhaus, which is very urban, cool and industrial.
With the food and drink menus, I kept the overall aesthetic consistent, using simple off white backgrounds with black text and hand drawn images which added a welcoming feel as well as conveying the quirkiness of the place.
I kept some elements in the cocktail menu consistent by utilising the same font as in the food menus, and using hand drawn images for the cocktails. The finished look being a modern take on a more traditional design, fit in with the brand image.
